• Net 30, with approved credit
• Credit cards - Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover • No C.O.D's.
• Opening Order: $200.00 • Reorder: $100.00
• Service Charge of $35.00 on NSF checks
• We reserve the right to charge interest of 1.5 % per month on all balances over 30 days old.

FREIGHT
• All Shipments are F.O.B. Easton, Maryland

NEW ACCOUNTS
New accounts are always welcome. We offer the following alternatives:
• We require 3 trade references with phone and fax numbers, a copy of the retail sales license and number of years in business.
• Response time on trade references is typically slow. To expedite initial shipments we recommend a check or credit card, along with references, to process the first order.
• Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover are welcome.

RETURNS
Return purchases are allowed subject to the following conditions:
• No returns without prior authorization from the Easton, MD office.
• If we were in error we will issue full credit upon return of goods, in new, saleable condition.
• If we were not in error, we ask that the customer pay all freight charges and a 20% restocking fee. Reminder to please pack all merchandise carefully since any damages will be charged to the customer.
• All merchandise must be inspected within 10 days of delivery with any claims made within that time.
